We’re actively hiring for the following positions:
Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading construction projects from start to finish. You’ll oversee budgeting, scheduling, trade partner coordination, and client communication to ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements: 3+ years of construction project management experience, strong leadership skills, and ability to coordinate multiple teams.
Superintendent
Requirements: 5+ years of construction experience, ability to oversee crews and manage trade partners, strong problem-solving skills.
General Laborer
If you’re looking for a hands-on construction job, our General Laborer position is a great opportunity. You’ll assist with material handling, site preparation, and general construction tasks while learning valuable skills on the job.
Requirements: No prior experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Estimator
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in estimating, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of construction materials.
Internships
Our Internship Program provides students and recent graduates with real-world experience in project management, estimating, and field operations. Interns will have the opportunity to work directly with leadership and gain hands-on experience that prepares them for a career in construction.
